8.1 Fraud and Dishonesty

• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes in bad faith;
• Colluding with other users or w567 employees to gain an unfair advantage.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim promotional offers more than once;
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation;
• Using bonus funds in a manner that deliberately circumvents wagering requirements;
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes.

8.3 Technical Exploitation

• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs — any such winnings are void and must be reported to support;
• Using artificial intelligence, automated betting systems or scripts without authorisation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with Platform software;
• Interfering with the integrity of any game, odds feed or betting market.

8.4 Money Laundering

• Using the Platform as a mechanism to launder, conceal or transfer the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals in a manner designed to evade AML detection thresholds;
• Depositing funds that are known or suspected to be derived from unlawful activity.

9.1 Deposits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w567 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials;

• AML or fraud-prevention obligations require a hold on the Account pending investigation;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email. Upon closure, any Real-Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
